What Are The Benefits Of A Chimney Trail Membership

Imagine a world where you knew in your core that the children in your life were equipped to endure whatever challenge life throws their way. Well...Chimney Trail was designed to give you that peace of mind. Chimney Trail exists to help grown-ups build resilience and emotional durability in their children. We do this with activities which have been vetted by qualified child development experts. Your benefit will include the option to buy a discounted seasonal "Waypoint Kit" which guides you through the resilience building outdoor activity. You are in control of what boxes you buy but, at the start of each new season, we'll let you know what's on the way and will charge the credit card we have on file if you don't tell us NOT to ship. You can cancel at any time but, our aim is to make resilience building memories with your child a predictable, totally accessible part of your life. Beyond that, as our store's offerings expand, you will enjoy everyday discounts on premium outdoor recreation equipment. And last but not least, you are joining a community. It takes a village and you have one here at Chimney Trail.

How Much Will I save as A Chimney Trail Member?

You can buy any Waypoint Kit at any time for $60. With an active subscription, you will only pay $49. Add the fact that each box is valued at over $100. We can't make you World's Best Mom or Dad. Only you can do that. But, for about what it costs to go to Starbucks once a week, we can get you at least a few steps closer to really earning that title!

Our children are facing a clear and present crisis when it comes to their mental health. The combination of having to hunker down to withstand the worst shocks of COVID, social media giants creating applications to specifically capture the attention of underage children, and important organizations like Boy and Girl Scouts experiencing bankruptcy and record low levels of participation; we have a DUTY to step in. Chimney Trail is one tiny part of the arsenal of intervention our children deserve. If you find a better way to address this pending crisis, call us on the phone and we'll start working on that instead. In the meantime, this humble subscription box is our first line. We introduce fun, resilience building activities, all centered on outdoor play. The unscripted nature of wilderness spaces coupled with the process of planning, discussing, doing, and revisiting the memory of a shared adventure is like giving the kids in your life armor against anxiety and depression. It's not a panacea...but, it's pretty darn close. These connections to each other and wilderness spaces make us human. Without them, of course we're lost. Let's get back to basics. Start with your family! Community benefit is a natural, happy outcome. And yes...Chimney Trail as a company also gives back to selected charitable organizations specializing in the support of military and shadow warriors.
